Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted February 2, 2008 Report Posted February 2, 2008 PAM wins this one. I've personally seen the Wood versus spread teams, they dont do to good----ala Lufkin.
BearWolf Posted February 2, 2008 Report Posted February 2, 2008 i want PAM to give the WOODLANDS a taste of GTA football
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted February 2, 2008 Report Posted February 2, 2008 i want PAM to give the WOODLANDS a taste of GTA football I hope the first one is in P.A.
CSI-Texas Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 Lufkin only won by three on a down year for The Woodlands.
KFDM COOP Posted February 3, 2008 Author Report Posted February 3, 2008 A tough game for Memorial without a doubt.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 Lufkin only won by three on a down year for The Woodlands. when Lane was there for his senior year?
CSI-Texas Posted February 3, 2008 Report Posted February 3, 2008 Where does PAM play Nimitz and Westbury. If both are at home then I will have a couple of long scouting trips.
CSI-Texas Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Lufkin only won by three on a down year for The Woodlands. when Lane was there for his senior year? 35-28 that year. This past year Lufkin by three. This year was the down year at the Woodlands. Actually did better against the spread than the I formation, where we give up the most points. Katy, Westfield.
CSI-Texas Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 i want PAM to give the WOODLANDS a taste of GTA football I hope the first one is in P.A. First one will be at the Woodlands new stadium, being built in the Woodlands.
SFA85 Posted February 6, 2008 Report Posted February 6, 2008 85, Prediction on this one? Woodlands 24 PAM 7 RTG is still the coach, PAM will continue to play soft
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted February 6, 2008 Report Posted February 6, 2008 Lufkin only won by three on a down year for The Woodlands. when Lane was there for his senior year? 35-28 that year. This past year Lufkin by three. This year was the down year at the Woodlands. Actually did better against the spread than the I formation, where we give up the most points. Katy, Westfield. it was a down year for lufkin this past year really. they never got it going, and that QB needs to stop forcing things and just manage the game.
CSI-Texas Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Thought Lufkin could be a lot more dangerous if the QB would run more often. Seemed to have open field and force throws anyway.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Thought Lufkin could be a lot more dangerous if the QB would run more often. Seemed to have open field and force throws anyway. they reminded me of Memorial but with a Defense. only reason why they won district was because it was IMO the easiest district in 5A and they had D.
TradinUp BH Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 The Woodlands is still a good team, but with the opening of College Park HS, they are a little weaker. I say The Woodlands by 2 to 3 TD's over PAM, although I would like for the area team to win.
Guest Nederland Bulldogs Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 The Woodlands will be to much i'm afraid, have there been any changes to the Memorial defense? They were bad last season.
Yeoj Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 The Woodlands is still a good team, but with the opening of College Park HS, they are a little weaker. I say The Woodlands by 2 to 3 TD's over PAM, although I would like for the area team to win. The Woodlands won 3 games last year. They were also at the wrong end of some big blowouts. They may win, but it will not be by 2 or 3 touchdowns. I'm think this game will be alot closer.

The Woodlands played Smithson Valley, Katy, North Shore, KLein Collins, Klein, Oak, Lufkin, and a host of other tough schools last year. Memorial played WB, and maybe Humble other than that they had a cup cake schedule and went 4-6. The Woodlands is always a tough team no matter what thier record is. Look for it to be alot larger margin of victory than what you thought.
Yeoj Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 I would agree with you if the Woodlands actually competed in those games, but the got their asses whipped. The Woodlands are on the decline, and the game will be closer than you think.
