OldTimer Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 Sorry Tuff, Love my Panthers - but Cleveland will be a force to be dealt with and Coldsprings has the athletes and has had Liberty's number the last few years. But, Liberty could upset one or both of these teams if things go right. Go Panthers 8)

Guest etbu Posted July 28, 2008 Report Posted July 28, 2008 thanks---i think i can still hear it running Be there in the morning with some kolaches. Ha
PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted July 30, 2008 Report Posted July 30, 2008 alright now guys...this isnt some kinda "huffman chatroom" yall go out to dinner or something. ha! anyways like etbu said, we were only about ten/twelve points away from winning district. I think all the Liberty fans, players, excoaches will agree that the season would have gone totally diffrent if we would have won that coldspring game. But, i like when everybody underates us. its been going on forever. O, and ETBU, OLDTIMER in the past couple weeks ive been getting phone calls/text messages reminding me that Liberty has never lost to Huffman. In fact a saw someone last week at Walmart that thought i should be reminded of this fact....THE PRESSURE BUILDS. ;D
OldTimer Posted July 30, 2008 Report Posted July 30, 2008 Pantherplaya, Yes the pressure is on this years team to keep the Huffman domination ongoing - Think Huffman is gonna make a game of it but, my prediction: Liberty wins and keeps the Huffman streak alive - sorry etbu Go Panthers 8)
Guest etbu Posted July 30, 2008 Report Posted July 30, 2008 Just hope we can ink out a win this year just one heck maybe get lucky to score a touchdown or two. 8)
OldTimer Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 etbu, Good Try - No I do not think that Huffman will win the district - but I also have no doubt that Huffman will be a team that will play every down and any team playing them had better have their chin straps tightened and ready to play. Hope to score a touchdown or two - lol :
bobtex Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 When a streak ends ,sometimes it's a total devastating win!My prediction Huffman 36-Liberty 6.
PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 well bobtex, pay the five bucks to go see it. maybe youll be suprised ;D
Guest etbu Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 Anyone know anything else about some other teams in our district?
Hitch Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 How is "RED" going to be? We are seeing some Huffman Football due to "FAMILY FOREMAN" on TV.
Guest etbu Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 How is "RED" going to be? We are seeing some Huffman Football due to "FAMILY FOREMAN" on TV. Not playing
Go-rilla Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 Tracy Woods is staying At North Shore... Dont know if I'm late knowing this. C-town could use him, but I think they'll be ok.

PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 well, Im not trying to hate on Tarkington. But, im sure theyre not going to be as good without brooks. (and just for you new guys... thats not very good) Ive always thought Shepherd could be better. I remember my soph. year when we played them theyre varsity was made up of mostly soph.s and jr.s.....(we killed em 63-21 or something) oldtimer probably remembers that. But those guys should have alot of returns this year. Im not too sure about coldspring though. they always have a good team though. sure would be nice to beat them this year. we havnt beat them since they got put back in out district acouple years ago..
AFC77 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 yeah i sure hope we beat them also...the way they got us last year was rediculous but thats how it goes sometimes...i think shepard could be better also but still bottom two.
Guest etbu Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 I will root for all of the teams in district 22 and really hope we do well in nondistrict against district 21. Get tired of being the red headed step child for them in football.
Guest etbu Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 district 21-3A. PUNISH. Instead of coming over here and running your gap better worry about Hardin stomping a dry mudhole in your team. Does Bufford or Buna play six man football now or did they merge with Vidor?
PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 hey 81s daddy...??? what are you talking about.???
Guest etbu Posted August 7, 2008 Report Posted August 7, 2008 hey 81s daddy...??? what are you talking about.??? Buna chap taking a shot at our district.
