jake94 Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 what was the final score of the deaver and lopez match? I talked to Grant's dad. He said Grant won the 1st set and it was 6-2. Not sure what the score was after that, I was trying to listen, but my wife was talking to me at the same time. I think he said Grant was up 2-1 in the 2nd set, but it was all Deaver after that.
garsnare Posted February 11, 2008 Author Report Posted February 11, 2008 Yeah, either Deaver was starting out slow or the competition is a little better this year. Deaver played Scott Carnley in the semis and the first set was 6-4, then Deaver rolled to a 6-0 second set.
