I'm sure this can keep the coaching staff and players focused as three SLC teams are receiving vote and Lamar doesn't. Yet, LU has the best conference record. I hope they continue snubbing Lamar. Gives us a little more motivation to prove the experts/coaches around the country wrong.

LU should have won mpore games.. Those rankings are done based on a =n entire body of work... Not just a conference record!

Win the championship...  Even  though the top seed has won the SLC tourney championship in like once in 15 years!

But this year is different in that the number 1 seed is guaranteed a spot in the NIT if they do not qualify for the NCAAs by winning their conference tournament.  So the best conference record definitely has a lot of importance.
