Guest JoesBros Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 If anyone put their name in the drawing for Yankees/Red Sox tickets for when they come to Minute maid this year? If so did anyone recieve emails to say their name got pulled? I think today was the day they started emailing people.
KFDM COOP Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 I didn't! I am going to try and go see the Yanks.
Guest JoesBros Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 Awesome so are you going to both the yankees and red sox series?
PNG70 Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 Yep thats the plan...just wont be buying maximum number of tickets I can
Gabe Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 Coop to make you jealous, Ill be seeing the Yankees this year - just at Yankee Stadium! I couldnt live with myself not ever going there before they build the new one
sahen Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 lovely, i didnt get an email....figures
Guest JoesBros Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Well a girl I know thats a friend of mine didnt recieve an email either. She did tell me that they will draw more names out on the 19th. Hint Hint if you dont recieve an email then go check out ebay in the next few weeks.
sahen Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 on the astros forum it says people got rejection letters if they didnt get picked...so i guess their website screwed up when i registered, figures...probably the stubhub and other ticket brocker bots were too busy making up fake names and address at the time and had overloaded the ticketmaster's poor excuse for a system...if you want to go and didnt get picked expect to pay 3 or 4 times face value...i'll watch it on tv
MrUmp1 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 I got picked and got 4 tix for sox box seats, and 2 for yanks upper deck behind homeplate. I am going to auction off the Sox tix. Know way I can pass on that pay day.
