Gabe Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 They are not sure just yet where this game will be played.
GOT HEART? WE DO Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 JASPER BY 15, BAILEY,SPIKES, AND GARRET, WILL PUT ON A SHOW.
Master T Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 I say Jasper by 8. They played great from what I hear but was pretty slow with Bailey being injured and all. I think they will be ready by friday or saturday.
Texas_baseball08 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Jasper by 12 they will have everyone back and healthy!
KFDM COOP Posted February 13, 2008 Author Report Posted February 13, 2008 Game possibily Friday Night at Buna, we'll know later this afternoon.
Cat22 Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 I was hoping they would try to play this game on Saturday since our girls play Friday night!!
bobcat4life Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 First of all, no way Bailey is 100% by Friday, Saturday or a week from then. I have to give him a lot of credit for heart because he definitely showed it last night, but I imagine that ankle is hurting pretty badly this morning. Spikes is definitely a player, but OF won both the third and fourth quarters last night because Coach Wrinkle went to a trapping zone defense that slowed down the dogs just enough to put the Cats over the top. This game gave OF some confidence that they will bring into the game on Friday. Unless OF goes braindead and doesn't run their offense through Granger, (which I don't see happening) OF wins by ten. I will say this, I am glad Jasper isn't in our district next year. Bailey and Spikes are one of the best backcourts I have witnessed in a lot of years of basketball in this area.
SkandarAkbar Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Is Bailey playing? Man all that 15 minute drama at Kirbyville and he wasn't really that hurt or is he just tough with injuries? How old is DB by the way? He looks very mature to be just a sophomore or is he really a junior? I will say this, DB can play! Wow! What a super athlete! He will be the man next football season! How old is he though, really? I say Jasper will win because DB will steal the show! Jasper 58 Orangefield 51
CATMAN Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 JASPER-------------BY------------6 ;D ;D ;D ;D
Lazeek Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Tough to beat a team in back to back games but I will go with OF in this one......49-47 OT!!!!!!
Bobcatfan4life Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Winner will play Coldspring in Bi-District
j_dog Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 If D Bailey is not at full speed, Spoon will get the job done! Wow, where is Jasper getting these guys? Now when they figure out how to grow em taller, ............ Go Dogs! It is time to get back into the basketball playoffs. Jasper by five.
bullets13 Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 I'm not even going to guess. I will say that the game should be low-scoring. OF has shown an excellent knack for slowing the game down and keeping their opponent from running the floor. My prediction: Whoever wins will win by less than 5 points, and neither team breaks 55 points.
SkandarAkbar Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 I change my pick. I'm saying the edge will go to Orangefield because of coaching! If Orangefield's coach wins this game he should definitely be the district Coach of the Year! He does more with less!
