cleanup13 Posted February 17, 2008 Report Posted February 17, 2008 PNG - Harrington, Todd, Carnahan, Spikes, Harrison, Champman, Woods
Central000 Posted February 17, 2008 Author Report Posted February 17, 2008 harrington will be very good. and are the beard and wilson kids still pitching? i remember they were pretty good. hester should be good for vidor.
sangster05 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 Harrington has yet to throw for PNG but he will be the best once the season begins. Spikes threw for the first time last week and was fairly sharp. No hits and one walk. Biggest task will be finding a consistent #3 pitcher. Woods has looked good in all but one of his outings so far this year, he may end up being able to hold the 3 spot down for PNG.
Hidden Talent Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 Ozen should be pretty good with lott, gardiner, johnson and taylor
Splitter Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 yeah i think ozen will be pretty good this year
sangster05 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 I was pretty impressed with Ozen when they played Bridge City about a week or so ago. Not real sure about names other than Lott. He looked real good on the mound. The SS and the CF were both impressive defensively as well.
RonBurgundy68 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 Vidor - Hester, Robichau, Sims
KFDM COOP Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 Some great Pitchers in this District!
setxsportswhizz08 Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 22 4a district pitching staff ranks. 1. LCM- Unbelievably LOADED!! Jones, Johnson, Cloeren 2. PNG- Have the districts #1 and more talent also. Harrington, Spikes 3. Vidor- Not the fastest pitchers, but the craftiest. Robichau, Hester and Simms.
Terrier Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 Mitch Todd from PNG finally looks healthy. Watch out 22-4A.
NHS83LU87 Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 Nederland will probably surprise some people. Sampere will be the #1. Bellow, Dean, McFarland, Richard, and Roberts, give good depth to the bullpen.
ballin4life Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 since we are talking bout pitchers and not teams Ozen- lott, gardiner, taylor will be fine
callumlikeiseeum Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 Nederland will probably surprise some people. Sampere will be the #1. Bellow, Dean, McFarland, Richard, and Roberts, give good depth to the bullpen. It is impossible for Nederland to surprise some people by doing well. They are a perrenial power house baseball team. They are expected to win. For them to surprise the people from southeast texas, they would have to stay home from the playoffs. When that happens, like last year, the baseball community is surprised.
