NedDog Posted February 21, 2008 Report Posted February 21, 2008 Well that's a different look! I will be able to catch my first Catters game this season on Saturday night . . . finally!!
DenisGScott Posted February 22, 2008 Report Posted February 22, 2008 the pink ice was like a bull seeing red tonight, the catters ripped the columbia inferno apart 7-0. 2 power play goals, 2 short handed goals, total dominance. Columbia only managed 13 shots for the game, 7 in the first period, 2 in the 2nd and 6 in the 3rd. This Catters team is freaky good, when they are all on cylinders its like watching the Patriots play a high school team. Just a total shame that we cant get 4000-5000 in the arena.

NedDog Posted February 23, 2008 Report Posted February 23, 2008 From the article above, ". . . the Wildcatters improved their ECHL-leading record to 40-5-3-5." OK no doubt I am a hockey idiot, so I need a little help here. If 40-5-3-5 is W-L-T, then what does the 4th number indicate?
hockeyfan Posted February 23, 2008 Report Posted February 23, 2008 WIN - LOSS- OT LOSS - SHOOTOUT LOSS As far as standings points go: WIN = 2 LOSS = 0 OT LOSS = 1 SO LOSS = 1 So we're 40-5-3-5 and that means 88 points. 40 wins = 80 points 5 losses = 0 points 3 OTL = 3 points 5 SOL = 5 points ------------------ 88 points ;D
