Guest abovetherim Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 I know JD only played at Lamar one year but once a Cardinal, always a Cardinal. You were a real treat to finally meet at the SLC Tournament last season and I had a blast getting to know you. I can put to rest any "Bad Luck Charm" as you were at the SHSU game when we won at the buzzer on a layup by D-Hop. So, not only is JD still family but his family is "our family". So, just consider yourself a Lamar Cardinal for life because I do. Your brother in Christ, -Abtr

Guest abovetherim Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 Thanks GT, nice article about JD. If he ever realizes his potential and gets serious about basketball he'll have a bright future. JD just has to do the work. "Potential" is a word good and bad. Example a player is normally drafted on their future "potential". However, many times a player never realizes their "potential" for one reason or another. I'm hopeful of the former and not the later regarding James Davis. Again, thanks for posting the link to the article.
