CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BASKETBALL PROGRAM ON AN OUTSTANDING YEAR - AGAIN.  THE COACHES DO A GREAT JOB AND THE PLAYERS BUY INTO THE SYSTEM AND PERFORM WELL YEAR AFTER YEAR.  TO EVEN HEAR ABOUT HOW PEOPLE THINK THERE SHOULD BE CHANGES IS RIDICULOUS - EVERYTHING THEY DO IS FIRST CLASS AND I AM PROUD OF THEM AND THE YEAR THEY HAD.

I must have missed something somewhere.  Someone actually thinks there should be changes out there in Winnie?  Is it Kountze or Warren or Hardin hoping EC will get rid of a good staff and that a traditionally strong program will fold and fall by the wayside??  ???

I may not know all the scoop out there in Winnie but from what I saw the few times I saw EC play this year, the program is in very capable hands.

what do they have coming back i know it hurts to lose two guys like TT and Vance but will they still have the talent to compete with kountze or are they just going to be hoping to make the playoffs?

unless I missed somthing theyll have a decent team but nothing compared to years past not close to the talent Kountze will have. But on the other hand I see Kountze winning state for the next two years with ease.

Winning state is never easy ,EC will be way down without Thomas but so is everyone else in the district except Kountze.FYI-New Waverly is coming back to region 3 next year and they are as young as Kountze  ;)
