Ive seen both play and im wasn't impressed with Jasper at all but i felt the same way last year and they beat me 4 times then won state. BC with Hicks on the mound will make it another great BC/Jasper battle and i will surely be there cheering the Cards on.

What you described is exactly what Jasper so tough last year.  They didn't stand out they just got the job done.  It does appear they are off to a "slow" start.  Meanwhile, it seems Hicks reputation grows with each game he pitches.  Hope to get to see him pitch again this year.
