82 5A State Champs Posted March 9, 2008 Report Posted March 9, 2008 As much as I didn't want to see a foreign car maker enter NASCAR's premier series, my hat's off to Kyle Busch and Joe Gibbs racing for their win today in Atlanta. They definitely had the car to beat. Finally, the 17 team is back in the Top 12 in points with an 8th place finish.
82 5A State Champs Posted March 9, 2008 Author Report Posted March 9, 2008 Although Busch won the race, Matt Kenseth gets the 'dont count me out' award of the race. The 17 started in the 42nd position and even went a lap down. But the 'Killer B's" fought hard to get their lap back, and picked up 34 positions to finish with a Top 10 in 8th. Kudos Matt!
