I BELIEVE ANAHUAC WILL COME OUT ON TOP. FOR ONE THEY HAVE ALOT OF KIDS COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.

TWO THE REST OF THE AREA HAS LOST THERE KEY PLAYERS.....DO THEY HAVE KIDS WHO HAVE THE TALENT TO STEP UP. NOBODY KNOWS UNTILL NOVEMBER GETS HERE.

Not impossible, but Anahuac would need vast improvement in just one year. I'm sure they will be better, but they need more numbers (depth) badly. Still, the district doesn't look near as strong as last year, so that leaves the door open for Anahuac and everyone else. Playoffs will be tough going for whoever makes it.

I don't think Anahuac Will come on top. They have already faced Kountze in 7 on 7 basically what Wac Do is throw the ball and Kountze beat them 3 to 1 without Key players in the Secondary. No One on Kountze Schedule will run the ball so the air game better work out.

I would think E.C. will run it more than throw it is there anything to say that I'm wrong?

Kirbyville and Netwon will be the second round game for most of us in the district since we get a bye in the first round. Beside Hardin and the rumors of EC and Kountze going to the spread no one throws the ball in are district.

Not necessarily.  The 23AA D2 team that finishes lower in the standings will most likely face Newton.  That may or may not be the smallest school.

Buna's Secondary will be very strong next year losing only the SS... Middle of the defense will have their work cut out trying to stop the run as they are very young and inexperienced. With that said, the six or seven starters returnin, defense should be pretty decent for 23-aa. Size will be one of the weaknesses this year, losing almost all our big guys. Can't wait til football starts up again!!!

7-on-7 is important but don't base your knowledge on 7-on-7 wait till the pads are on.

FOR ANYBODY TO MAKE A PREDICTION AS TO WHO WILL WIN A REAL FOOTBALL GAME BASED ON 7 ON 7 HAS LOST THEIR MIND.  I CAN PROMISE YOU BARBAY PUTS VERY LITTLE STOCK IN 7 ON 7.  HE JUST WANTS THE KIDS DOING SOMETHING AND NOT SITTING AROUND ON THEIR BUTT.  ANAHAUC WILL BE MUCH IMPROVED - VERY MUCH IMPROVED.

I dissagree EC will be either second or third, Hardin will dominate if they can stay healthy not only can pass but have a huge and fast backfield average 200lbs.

duckhunter your wrong because kountze needed ec to lose to hardin so they would get in instead of ec

kountze had two losses already to buna and hardin and ec had only lost to the lions going in the the last week

ec hardin and buna were all tied with one loss if ec would have loss then kountze and ec would have been tied and the tie breaker would have went to the lions because of head to head
