Just saw the Montagne on ESPN's "Black Magic"

When they were showing video of Bobby Phills there was a clear 10 seconds of footage of Southern playing Lamar at the Montagne. Saw a cool B95 logo hanging off the scorers table.  ;D

Looks like there is a very good possibility of a new weight room at the Montagne Center for the men and women basketball teams. Coach Tidwell stated on his radio show with Harold Mann that Billy Tubbs, Coach Roc and himself are in discussions about a new training facility inside the Montagne Center.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread but I wasn't sure the information warrented a new thread.

Hopefully in the not too distant future Lamar University will make more than a 10 second appearance on ESPN.
