We could probably get him fairly cheap and he does have some upside. He went 9-7 with 185 K's in 198 innings back in 2005, so he has had some success. Not to mention he adds the local flavor to the mix. Although it seems our new general manager doesnt really care about that. I think the way our rotation has performed this spring, it is obvious we will be weak at starting pitching. If this guy can get back to his 2005 form he could definitely help our rotation.
