Kay-K had nine points in the Greater Houston Area Girls Coaches Association all-star game

she hit two three-pointers and had a three-point play

Her team won 67-51.

This was an awesome event. The crowd was great, the atmosphere was great and the organizers should be congratulated. The girls put on a show. In an allstar game you never know what to expect. I would tell any kid who gets a chance to play in this one, do it because it was fun to watch. KK stated off a little timid but once she calmed down she was her old self. Along with the 9 points she had some good assist and some key rebounds. I was proud of her she did not back down. I also want to thank Coach Jost. He walked her out on the gym floor when they annouced the teams. Actually just about every coach was there who had a player in the game. That shows you just how much these coaches care about these kids. It was a wonderful thing to watch.
