Ruckdad Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 The Cards had a phenomenal second round shooting 10 under par as a team to reclaim the lead and eventually take the championship by 14 strokes over second place SHSU. Congrats to Coach White and his players. Good luck in regionals in May.

TexasTerror Posted April 16, 2008 Report Posted April 16, 2008 How about updating the slc cup race? hehe... Will probably knock that out tomorrow unless the places are determined earlier in the afternoon than they have been -- will be out at a baseball game tonight.
Ruckdad Posted April 16, 2008 Author Report Posted April 16, 2008 Yeah - for some reason I had this idea in my head that they only played two rounds. My bad - I hope I didn't jinx anything.
TexasTerror Posted April 16, 2008 Report Posted April 16, 2008 Ruckdad, we anxiously await your announcement...
Ruckdad Posted April 16, 2008 Author Report Posted April 16, 2008 All right - I am glad that you got a laugh at my expense! Cards did keep their lead and won the tournament.
TexasTerror Posted April 16, 2008 Report Posted April 16, 2008 A SHSU freshman from Kingwood, Texas -- who does not even have a bio on our web site -- won the medalist honors in a playoff. Nice! Congrats Cards -- go win the NCAAs!
