AggiesAreWe
IMO, LCM should have cllinched after tonight. With a one game lead over Nederland with one game to play, and also having swept the series with Nederland, the Bears could lose to Vidor and still be in because of the head to head advantage LCM has over Nederland. But like the late John Belushi used to say " But nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!" 22-4A has this lame tie breaker. Go figure. espn2
So what is the tie-breaker for second or third if one team sweeps the regular season. Because that is what we are looking at now. None of these discusses this.
KFDM COOP
They'll have to play. No Head to Head in this District.
Cool Hand Luke
I see both sides to the head to head argument. If you won both games in district you should win the tie. However, I am inclined to say when possible all ties should be decided on the court or field whichever the case may be. Just a humble opinion. It usually depends on which team you support as to which opinion you agree with. Either way it is great that so much parity exists in this district that the final two playoff spots were not decided until the final week of district.
