I think Kountze will be a bigger test than Anahuac or Hardin.

EC is losing some good kids due to graduation but they have all but 2 starters returning on their O-line and their backfield will be in decent shape with Raymond & Carrington.

Defensively there are a lot of ??????. Gone are Thomas,Trammell, White, McDonald & DeVillier and those guys will be hard to replace.

Trust me they will fill those holes. They always do. This coming year they will be in the mix and I think alot of other people in district will also be.

EC will contend for the District Championship.  Very good Coach and some help coming up from the JV to fill the holes from graduation.

Glenn Roberts is a Jr. High player that everyone will know in a few years the kid is a monster.

E.C. will be better than everyone thinks. They shouldnt have any problem in district if they do it will be with Kountze or Hardin.

This cant be a serious question. East Chambers contends every year and this coming season will be no different. Yeah there losing srs.. so what. Thats not going to hold them back. No they wont have a Tramain Thomas, but they still have a great coaching staff and lots of kids out there who want district more then any other team in the district.

Everyone talks about Kountze being a tough test if they lose Coach Hodges then do not worry about them.

Ec will cotend but not at the level they have done in the past.  EC says filling the void oF tt wont be hard, Try asking coach valastro or any coaches in EC if they fill the void or just have some one to take snaps.  It is different thing filling tt shoes than having some one to lead the team or take over the game on defense and offense.

Haven't heard that at all!  Everyone at EC knows TT is irreplaceable, he was a once-in-a-generation athlete. EC will have to try a more team oriented system going forward.

East Chambers is always tough, with or without TT. But much better with  8) We will see how good the young bucs of winnie are when August rolls around and TT isn't under center
