I talked to Matthew this morning around 11 to see how he did. He said they were in a rain delay and had not started. I'll post any info I get. He is going to keep me posted.

I heard Scott Carnley won his first match.Don't have any details yet but they are in a rain delay also.

Matthew won 6-3 6-4 and will play in the semis tomorrow morning. He also said that Carnley won 7-5 in the 3rd set to move on to the semis in 2A.

Matthew Deaver won his second round match 6-1, 7-6.  He will play in the Finals at 11:00 this morning.

Unfortunately, Matthew Deaver didn't win the final, but we are still proud of Matthew for his second place finish.  We are already looking forward to next year!  Way to go Matthew!

Congratulations on a very good tennis season, Matthew.  Only one other in AAA got as far as you.  This gold medal will have to wait until next season.  I feel that you have the talent and determination to make
