My wife is a school teacher, 18 years worth, and she read your posts and made the comment that she would bet that you guys work in the education business. I told her I knew that Dicky was, but wasn't sure about Nos and Short. She was proud to read your comments. Great posts guys, keep it up.

That started in September. ;D Actually, she is teaching summer school this year. She hasn't done that in about 12 years. It was an offer she couldn't refuse. I am pretty sure it's a one year deal with her.

shorttexas1 Posted May 8, 2008 Report Posted May 8, 2008 Thanks Nos... Actually I am a Chemical Engineer, but in college I tutored in schools all over Beaumont; Elementary to High School. My mother is a Secretary at one of the highest performing minority elementaries in town. My new wife is a new educator and she confirms me that nothing has changed. I have had so much hands on experience with schools that I just know what goes on.
