Your posts in the " I'm bored " thread are dead on. I couldn't agree with you more. My wife is a school teacher, 18 years worth, and she read your posts and made the comment that she would bet that you guys work in the education business. I told her I knew that Dicky was, but wasn't sure about Nos and Short. She was proud to read your comments.

Actually, she is teaching summer school this year. She hasn't done that in about 12 years. It was an offer she couldn't refuse. I am pretty sure it's a one year deal with her.

Thanks Nos...  Actually I am a Chemical Engineer, but in college I tutored in schools all over Beaumont; Elementary to High School.  My mother is a Secretary at one of the highest performing minority elementaries in town.  My new wife is a new educator and she confirms me that nothing has changed.  I have had so much hands on experience with schools that I just know what goes on.
