rEdNecK89 Posted May 7, 2008 Report Posted May 7, 2008 toledo bend is hot on trot lines right now. my grandpaw caught 19 head that weighed 206 lbs. and had 2 or 3 over 40 lbs. He uses homemade stinkbait, live perch, and tiny catfish.

He uses homemade stinkbait, live perch, and tiny catfish. We had similar luck two weeks ago..No huge fish though..4 or 5 were around 8 to 10 lbs..
Bucof2010 Posted May 14, 2008 Report Posted May 14, 2008 The other day we went bass fishing and on the way 2 where we were going to fish I put out about 10 noodles some baited with baitsize crawfish some baited with night crawlers. I was skeptical about the night crawlers because I thought perch would get them but I had some success throwing the noodles into brush piles.
