I just want to say thanks to the youth of this district for treating us fans to some incredible baseball.

The games are well played and even the losers in the district would win most all other 3A districts across the big ole state of Texas.

and perhaps a 4a district or two. 

Seriously.  I watched Houston Scarbourough play Huntsville yesterday.  Poor Scarbourough got one runner on base for the two games they played, and that was on a walk.  Yesterday, they didn't even get that.  And they were their district champions.  Huntsville is good, but not THAT good.  Jasper beat them 9-5 in the Jasper tournament.

4a Huntsville got run ruled in five last night, 20-2.  By Austin McCollum (?) I think it was.  Go figure.  But I said Huntsville is good, but not THAT good.  ;)

      I like Newton’s chances here. I’ve watched  videos of Daingerfield what few I could get. Their big Qb scares me a little he looks Ike a good athlete. I think for a change Newton has a little more speed than the Tigers. That Samuel kid for Newton can move., and it goes without saying about Porter. That Hunter kid ain’t bad either. They scared me to death with their pass defense against Edgewood until I saw the video. That Qb for Edgewood can put it on a dime. And, his receivers could catch it. I’m pumped; this is the most fun time of the year for me. Go Eagles.🦅 I have to add this though. I watched the State game between the tigers and Yoe in 2010. Those guys looked like grown men playing as opposed to kids now a days who look like boys.😂 that was a heck of a good game.
