WOSHIGHc/o2001 Posted May 15, 2008 Report Posted May 15, 2008 How many people does that stadium hold? I see they are fixing the press boxes. I was curious on the size compared to other stadiums in the area. And if its going to start being used for playoff games when its back in good condition.

WOS95 Posted May 18, 2008 Report Posted May 18, 2008 i dont know about the BISD bond issue, but in the WOCC-ISD bond issue improvements for the athletic facilities come last. maybe the BISD has to make repairs to the schools first, i don't know. maybe someone knows more about the new BISD stadium?
BearWolf Posted May 18, 2008 Report Posted May 18, 2008 I have talked with someone who has seen the design of the Bisd stadium complex. They said it is awesome. A last minute stipulation by the owner of the land killed the deal. It was an impossible request. Some things you cannot do with tax payer dollars. Bisd is currently in negoiations on another piece of property. Believe me this will get done the right way.
