football Posted May 20, 2008 Report Posted May 20, 2008 Are those the only choices? My favorite was the '82 team.
Wes57 Posted May 21, 2008 Report Posted May 21, 2008 How will this years team compare with the teams Kirbyville has put on the field the last few years.

Guest tigersvoice Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 Where is Kvilleballa? Where is Kvilleballa and Kvillecheer ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I think they "Morphed" into something we have not yet heard from? Either that, or trying to make up grade points so they can graduate!
kville_extreme Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 obviously, the guy who started this doesn't know what he's talking about. 'cos he left out some key plays in all of those teams. statisticly, the best teams ever were 1970, 1985, and 2007 Kirbyville football teams. 1970-Bubba Bean All State Running Back Craig Malone All State Offensive Tackle Danny Peters All Area Nosegaurd a linebacker, can't remember his name. 1985-i truthfully don't remember any of their names. they went 11-2 though. 2007-Pierce Rhodes RB/LB Randy Musgrove WR Broderick Jackson RB/SS Aaron Hazlewood QB Chris Samuel OL/DL Ryan Jones OL/DL just a lot of standout players 2004(10-3) and 2005 (9-4)were also good seasons too, but with rough patches.

The youngsters coming up doesn't know what quit mean. I'm absolutley positive that their heart will show when we hit the Singletary stadium.

The 1970 team was a beast. My dad graduated that year, but didn't play. I also think that they had a guy by the name of Egear(Spelling) Deets. May not have been that year but was also all-state. As far as the 85 team I think that Shelby Shaw may have been on that one, and Butch Hadnot may have been a freshman. Can't remember though.
