Jody, WO-S and Newton do have a history. We've played six times, with 1998 (Newton's championship year) the most recent, I think. We're 6-0 against them, although some of the games have been fairly close.

I agree that if we're going to play, let's do it somewhere AWAY from the coast.

I would really like to have a orange county Bowl where all the Orange county schools play each other.

I'd really like to see Deep East Texas get a Zero Week extravaganza like they do in San Antonio and Tyler. They even have a Week Zero classic at Brookhill in Bullard for small schools. This would generate a LOT of money for the area and get the season started off on a great note.
