It may be harder than you think to get a top notch coach. What would a coach have to do to keep his job? Coach Bryant has a tremendous record, probably the best in SE Texas during his time as head coach, and that wasn't enough to keep his job. I just think alot of coaches may shy away because of this. With that being said, good luck, I hope you get a good one. We want to keep our rivalry alive. I think all of SE Texas looks forward to our matchups each year.

I am sure there is a process in place and they will get a good Coach. What does BC pay their Coaches? Are they competitive with other districts?
