EC Buccaneer Football "Camp of Champions" Set for June

The East Chambers Football "Camp of Champions" has been set for June 23-26, 2008, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for third through ninth grades. This camp has been established to provide young athletes the opportunity to develop fundamental football-related skills in a well-supervised, organized, and enthusiastic environment. The camp operates under the simple philosophy of giving each participant the finest skills instruction possible in a relaxed atmosphere. 

Fun and personal improvement are the key elements offered to our summer camp participants. Fun comes in terms of games, skills contests, and highly motivated instruction. Improvement comes in terms of individualized skill instruction.

The daily schedule will include stretching, calisthenics, football-related skills, general conditioning, and team-related concepts including some limited offensive and defensive strategies. Concepts of teamwork, self-discipline, determination, and sportsmanship will be stressed on a daily basis. It is our philosophy that hard work and discipline are essential in becoming successful, whether it be on the athletic field or in everyday life.

Scholarships are available and no one will be denied participation based on financial reasons. Come join us for a ton of fun.
