adminbaberuth Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 Barry Bonds 762 Hank Aaron 755 Babe Ruth 714 Willie Mays 660 Sammy Sosa 609 Ken Griffey Jr. 600 Nice company • Of the 600 club, Griffey had to wait the longest to reach the milestone, going eight games between Nos. 599 and 600. Willie Mays went seven games, Sammy Sosa four, Barry Bonds three, Hank Aaron two and Babe Ruth one.
BigNEDdog21 Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 He has one of the most beautiful swings I've ever seen 8)
utguy09 Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 There is not a doubt in my mind that if he would have stayed healthy that he would hold the homerun record right now.
Interested Observer Posted June 10, 2008 Author Report Posted June 10, 2008 As a left handed hitter, I can't decide if his swing or Will Clark's swing is the sweetest. I also agree, had Griffey stayed healthy up until now, he would have the record and Bonds would have been forgotten long ago
Ty Cobb Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Sweetest swing in the game!!! Congrats Junior. I hope he catches on with an American League team, as a DH, when he's through playing the outfield. I want to see him hit till he's 50.
AJ25 Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 He has one of the most beautiful swings I've ever seen 8) agreed. no one can argue that.. and he's done things the right way. 8)
