BRIDGE CITY — If he was the first choice or last choice, Chad Landry does not care a single bit.

Landry was the last one standing and has accepted an offer to become the new baseball coach with the Bridge City Cardinals.

“I’m excited,†Landry said. “It is a good opportunity to go to a place with such high expectations. I look forward to this job.â€
