Of the well over 100,000 student athletes in the state of Texas, the rendomly tested 10% of the athletes in only 400 of the 1300 High Schools in the State & 2 kids or busted the test. Trying to catch a kid that is using steroids, is like trying to win the Lotery. Statisticly, the results show that there is steroid use in High School. 30 to 40 percent of the student athletes will be tested starting in the Fall. Financially, the state will have to take the new information and make a decision on weather or not to continue. Will they choose a different 400 schools to test or will just be another snapshot of the previous testing. Either way, the money will come out of the Tax payers pocket.
