Guest Kelly Football Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 Vidor certainly won't be as young this year.
Guest blackflag Posted July 19, 2008 Report Posted July 19, 2008 The PiratesĀ fieldedĀ fourteen sophmores last year . So they will have more expeirience , speed , strength and size. There line is one of the biggest that they have had in many years. They have a strong quarterback with a heck of an arm in Teinart. Theron Reynolds will be a beast at fullback. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
Guest Pirate V Ball Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 We may be a little better than people think we will be.
AllstarDad8 Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 They definately wont be as young and they are also getting 2 great coaches.
Guest blackflag Posted August 4, 2008 Report Posted August 4, 2008 Vidor finished the season with some close ball games despite being very very young. Central 34 Vidor 28 PN-G 14 Vidor 7 Ozen 29 Vidor 14 Vidor 38 LC-M 10
whitewood12 Posted August 4, 2008 Report Posted August 4, 2008 what two new coaches is vidor getting?
Guest Luv Ya Blue Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 The Pirates could be trouble this season.
Guest Pirate V Ball Posted August 10, 2008 Report Posted August 10, 2008 I just hope we throw the ball more!Ā >
RonBurgundy68 Posted August 10, 2008 Report Posted August 10, 2008 I just hope we throw the ball more!Ā > Part of me says that's going to happen because Teinert is more of a thrower than Roman was and has a stronger arm, but then again part of me doubts the play calling... Guess we'll have to wait and see...
Guest Pirate V Ball Posted August 10, 2008 Report Posted August 10, 2008 I'm sure we'll run first since we have a more experienced group but hopefully a little more passing.
RonBurgundy68 Posted August 10, 2008 Report Posted August 10, 2008 A little diversity in the play calling won't hurt at all... Lol
Guest Pirate V Ball Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 We'll have a much more experienced group this year!
tvc184 Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 We'll have a much more experienced group this year! That they will. Maybe the Pirates can be in the thick of things. Anytime you have that much depth returning it has to be taken seriously.
piratesplayer2 Posted August 19, 2008 Report Posted August 19, 2008 The Pirates could be trouble this season The way we run the offense it is designed to beat the heck out of people with our ground game in Theron Reynolds, Jacob Peevee, Shayne Pittman, Chris Shouse, or any other of our players. people will be soo worried about our run anf trying to stop it the 5 to 10 time we throw the ball we WILL always have someone wide open. Belive me you wont be dissapointed!
Guest Luv Ya Blue Posted August 19, 2008 Report Posted August 19, 2008 Yes he does, i hear the Pirates may just make the top 4 this season.
