MAN U 16 Posted August 12, 2008 Report Posted August 12, 2008 a top returning team has to be the westbrook boys varsity after a disapointing season last year not making the playoffs however there are not a young team as they were last year and should fair well in a weaker devision.

For example Kelly was so good last year bc we played together for at least four years most of us for longer. also we had loads of inividual talent.. And i agree with aries , vidor will be good also. the nederland/vidor game should be a fun game to watch for soccer fans

So the only way we'll see Vidor vs PNG/Nederland is in one of the tourney's... Or in the playoffs... But nonetheless it will be a good match-up either way...

Coach Corea and I set up a game for January. I don't have my calendar, but it's either Tuesday the 20th or the 27th I think. The PNG Tournament (the last weekend of January on the new turf!) should allow for some interdistrict match-ups, too.

Vidor, Lumberton, Livingston, Silsbee, Hardin Jefferson, and Jasper. WO-S, LC-M, PN-G, Nederland, Central, and Ozen. Top four from each district will make the playoffs next year.

Looking at their pre-district schedule they will be battle tested when district rolls around. Coach B is getting them boys ready with one of the toughest schedules I have ever seen. Practice starts Monday, can't wait.
