tvc184
A 300 acre ranch huh? Got to wonder about the sport of that one. A guided hunt on a small ranch with several exotics. Hmmmm.......
643
Surely, Jimmy Houston mite be interested, although 300 acres would be considered a big pasture.

YankeeDawg
A 300 acre ranch huh? Got to wonder about the sport of that one. A guided hunt on a small ranch with several exotics. Hmmmm....... Isn't that the place where the game has big yellow helium balloons tied to them saying "HEY, I'M RIGHT HERE AND I'M DRUGGED". I don't hunt, but that sure doesn't sound very sporting to me either. westend1
I know a guy who took his kid out to shoot an axis doe. Kid had never shot a deer and I think he had a great time. They stuck him in a blind and waited for a herd to walk by. Not my kind of hunting, but not bad for first timers(pretty cheap) and they got some good meat to boot. It's really not much different from taking a huge gun out to west Texas and watching a feeder.(or a corned sedero for that matter)
Swingbatta
Thats Carl Griffiths place. It is right off the interstate in Winnie. Not much of a sport hunt as previously mentioned, you get to pet the one you want before you shoot it. Good for kids I guess...
tvc184
Then again, you get to hunt an exotic tallow and yaupon thicket. Heck, you might even get to see such exotics as a holly tree or oak.

YankeeDawg
Can they do the same thing for fishing?? I'd love to catch a 5 pound flounder in about 5 minutes without really having to work for it :
