July 28, 2008 Lamar fans and supporters are invited to meet head football coach Ray Woodard and his current staff, on Thursday, August 14 at The Pompano Club in Port Neches. LU alumnus and Port Neches mayor Glenn Johnson will also be in attendance. The event will feature appetizers and a cash bar, and run from 5:30-8 p.m. The Pompano Club is located at 330 Twin City Highway in Port Neches.
