Both places have accessories that go with ice ;D ;D Also, gas war at IH10 exit 873. Watch out for the panhandlers---they attack you like varmints. I have a Weedreport on Rowdie in the works!! zzzzzzzz

Guest Robert Plant Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 This was a great ride that started a few weeks ago. I think our record over the last 4 weeks is 27 - 7. Something just clicked! We went into Sulphur without our SS (shoulder injury) and our best utility player that decided to leave the team a few weeks ago. We had no bench other than a pitcher. We couldn't sub. I mean using a pitcher to run would be stupid. We were stupid! One of our pitchers injured her knee running for the catcher and couldn't get up for a while. She pitched the next game and we won. That's what it was like all 12 games. We started off losing the first bracket game. The theme was set. Several of the girls kept saying "it ain't over yet". Not the tournament but, Rowdie "ain't over yet". It was a blast beating teams that were dropping down to losers bracket for the first time. Beating Connection Gold was the one game when they started thinking "we can do this". I couldn't have asked for a better ending for Rowdie. Thanks to Christine for catching 11 games. Sorry we couldn't give you a break. Thanks to Jay who busted his A$@ for 6 years. I do appreciate you girls for allowing me to hang out with you these few years. You have made life time memories. See ya,
