LITTLE CYPRESS — The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears are 1-0 on the season after a four-game victory over the Hamshire-Fannett Lady Longhorns.

Christine Sicktich led the way with 21 kills and nine points as the Lady Bears (1-0) won 25-10, 25-15, 22-25 and 25-15.

Maci Wilcox provided eight kills and five blocks, Elissa Tate had seven kills and Carly Gauthier finished with 21 points and three aces.

The Lady Bears will participate in the Barbers Hill Tournament on Thursday.
