Why is it that certain good football programs dont keep up with their players attendence in class? It would be a smart thing to do right?

It's not a coaches job to baby sit 24 hours a day. If the kid WANTS to play he will make it to class.

As much as it hurts me DP, im disagreeing with you on this. I think it IS the coaches responsability to watch his players. Coaches are like second parents or even the only parents some kids have. I believe it comes with the job. :wink:

Oh I agree about that, but motivation is the key. It goes a long way coming from a coach.

In high school my motivation was a board on the BUTT. :oops:

that was ours also many years ago...a good board on the BUTT made sure you were on time and had good grades
