KFDM COOP Posted August 23, 2008 Report Posted August 23, 2008 That was from Dolly that never panned out.
YankeeDawg Posted August 23, 2008 Report Posted August 23, 2008 Holy Cow Coop!!!! How do you decipher all that ??
CardinalFan Posted August 23, 2008 Author Report Posted August 23, 2008 That was from Dolly that never panned out. No it's not, the time stamp at the top shows Sept 2, 2008 for the hours out, which would be correct for 240hours out from now. Not to mention, the Canadian run is stamped with today's time. This is the CMC run of 94L.
CardinalFan Posted August 23, 2008 Author Report Posted August 23, 2008 I think we all do, don't want no stinking Cat 3 here! lol
KFDM COOP Posted August 23, 2008 Report Posted August 23, 2008 Right now none of the decent long range models have anything..
HoopInsider_Cooper Posted August 24, 2008 Report Posted August 24, 2008 That would mean no non-district games and a few Saturday district games - DURING THE DAY! Send that East please. FWIW...That must be an old model...Looked at the new CMC and it's a florida run.
CardinalFan Posted August 26, 2008 Author Report Posted August 26, 2008 Again, the model isn't old, it's amazing when one person says on storm2k everyone assumes it correct. The time stamp shows as valid. Also, you're right, it is an old one now, however, the GFDL still shows a Cat 5 heading towards the general direction of Texas/Louisiana.. Must be an old run too, right? [NOTE] Anyone reading this thread, don't take this serious at this point, it's too far out to determine the whereabouts it's going to make its eventual landfall, it could be anywhere on the gulf coast at this point [ENDNOTE]
CardinalFan Posted August 26, 2008 Author Report Posted August 26, 2008 You're right, needs to go away! The CMC was onto something that was of the "old data" variety. Models still showing a not so good scenerio for areas of Texas.
Lefty99 Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 Coop, where are ya'll getting all this from?

Lefty99 Posted August 27, 2008 Report Posted August 27, 2008 Thanks Coop, and our chances of getting hit still looks pretty good! Especially the pink line!!!
Mc Posted August 28, 2008 Report Posted August 28, 2008 This site is pretty cool: This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up Gives an animated model that shows the influences for each model.
CardinalFan Posted August 28, 2008 Author Report Posted August 28, 2008 Sorry guys, there is no possible threat, it was all old model information....... Got to give BOTH Coopers a hard time over that...
PURPLE 4EVER Posted August 28, 2008 Report Posted August 28, 2008 That map is spooky... The low over sw louisiana is on September 2, is right when Gustav is supposed to there. The map was generated on August 26. Talk about long range forecasting.... Hope the storm goes west!
travelingcard Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 I must admit that whatever model that was posted above, was pretty danged accurate, only off about 100 miles. geez.
