Bulldog92
Jasper Bulldogs (Prediction: 8-2) Aug. 28 Gilmer at Tyler's Rose Stadium (Thur.)-W (Could go either way, but Jasper looks sharp right now) Sept. 5 Kirbyville-W (Going with the Dawgs @ home in a tight one) Sept. 12 OPEN Sept. 19 @ West Orange-Stark-L (Jasper has historically struggled in Orange, but it should be close) Sept. 26 Hamshire-Fannett-W (Bulldogs should be focused after WOS game. Playing in Jasper should be tough again) Oct. 3 @ Silsbee-W (Could go either way, but Jasper may be rolling by then) Oct. 10 @ Diboll*-W (Dogs should be pumped for district opener) Oct. 17 Huntington*-W (Jasper has too much talent for overmatched Demons) Oct. 24 @ Carthage*-L (Carthage should be tough at home and gets the slight edge in this even matchup) Oct. 31 Rusk*-W (Bulldogs should be improving, so bad news for Rusk) Nov. 7 @ Center*-W (Might be close as Jasper prepares for playoffs) Is this the year the Bulldogs officially arrive back on the scene among SETX's top teams or are they another year away? Jasper has gained a lot of momentum since the switch was made to Bailey at QB, but are there a couple of gamebreakers on both sides of the ball to help them make the next step?? We'll find out pretty quickly...

BMTSoulja1
Aug. 29 @ Port Arthur Memorial - Win. I think Memorial is a year from competing. Maybe next year. Sept. 5 @ Beaumont West Brook - Loss. We have a good defense coming, but will it be enough to stop Michaels and co.? I don't think so. Sept. 12 Galveston Ball - Win. Old rivalry that our boys will rise to the challenge for. Sept. 19 OPEN Sept. 26 Vidor* - Win. Even though Vidor plays us tough for the most part, our overall team speed will take this one. Oct. 3 @ Little Cypress-Mauriceville* - Win. No offense, but LC-M may be cellar dweller again. Oct. 10 @ Lumberton* - Win. Lumberton lost a lot of senior and our boys are embarrassed for losing last year. This one may be ugly early. Oct. 17 Nederland* - Loss. This will be an old fashion shootout. Whoever scores last. Our defense is will hit hard, but can we contain Bellows and Cardenas? Oct. 24 @ Beaumont Ozen* (Alex Durley Stadium) - Win. Ahh yes. The Soul Bowl. Ozen will have a good showing and real confidence in last year's win, but I don't think their passing game will be good. Running the ball will put this game in our favor. Oct. 31 Livingston* - Win. Livingston was the beneficiary of a weak district and weak playoff road. They will learn the hard way. Nov. 7 @ Port Neches-Groves* - Win. The Indians better mix that play calling up on offense to win this one. 8-2 overall

westend1
Da Brook goes for 7 or 8 wins. Katy, north Shore, Ike and Westfield will cost us at least two losses, maybe 3. Im going with 8-2 with wins over Ike and NS.
SFA85
PAM 4-6(3-2) Central 8-2(7-0) Ozen 7-3(6-1) I see PAM finishing 3rd(and that's sad they can't challange either NS or WB for the title). I see Central running through the district and Ozen finishing 2nd or third.....

Nederland and PN-G is always and uncertainty. Our defense will be good. We need to iron out some things on offense, too many flaws. Offense improvement, then 8-2 is possible.
