82 5A State Champs
Every time I look at one of the updated models, it seems to be inching more and more to the west....and closer to us. As of now it's pointing towards Lake Chuck. Still too close to us. I'm gonna get more overtime than I want if this thing gets too much closer. >

Bobcatfan4life
The eastern side of the storm takes the worst hit right coop? How bad would we get it on the west side?
PURPLE 4EVER
The eastern side of the storm takes the worst hit right coop? How bad would we get it on the west side? The west side will have gusty north winds. Anything east of Lake Charles and the triangle should be ok. coop... Any chance of the high pressure making this storm stall out when it gets over land? That would be the worst case scenario... Slow West movement after landfall!!

Lefty99
Track is a little farther east! I'm still not going to get a false sense of hope until this thing makes landfall. It has been all over the place as far as the "possible" location of landfall. Lets continue to cross our fingers!

James Brown said on TV at noon that is was most likely hitting around the New Orleans area on Wednesday. Based on that information, can you guess who my favorite weatherman at channel six is right now?

Still, we all need to get out of our "fantasy world" and not panic until we're told to! This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up LOL Keeping a close eye on it, just in case.
