adminbaberuth Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Question for TD Since this was a mandatory evacuation for our area, will the homeowners policy cover any of the of hotel, gas and food cost?
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 FEMA sucks as much as OU! wouldnt surprise me if Geraldo jumps into the flood water if its breeched, the dude is on some kinda drug unknown to the US.
piratefan Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Question for TD Since this was a mandatory evacuation for our area, will the homeowners policy cover any of the of hotel, gas and food cost? Only if you have New Orleans address!!
Guest tigersvoice Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Geraldo is a nut case, he's on top of 9th street canal as it's being breeched. Correction: Corp says Geraldo wrong, no breach just spill. Geraldo is always wrong! Agreed! When was he last right on any big issue? Can't remember.
RonBurgundy68 Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Are we still under the evacuation curfew from dawn to dusk? And what all are we gunna get from this, just rain and wind?
KFDM COOP Posted September 1, 2008 Author Report Posted September 1, 2008 Very little the way it looks!

My neighbor told me, we in Nederland have a 6pm to 6 am curfew tonight. Ok, thanks for that... Coop, have you heard anything about Vidor though curfew wise? I'm wanting to go to a friends house and don't want to get pulled over lol
HoopInsider_Cooper Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Fay and Gustav were very tricky to forecast...NHC was pretty darn good with this one 3+ out. Hope we have no more close calls! No one deserves it. For all media updates refer to KFDM.com

RonBurgundy68 Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 I guess I can pull the ol' "well I didn't know, hadn't been told that" excuse eh?
RonBurgundy68 Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Because I'm sure there is alot of people out and about right now... Well I would guess that...
RonBurgundy68 Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Give it a shot.. Lol if I get pulled over I'm going to say Kerry Cooper told me it was okay... HAHA
tvc184 Posted September 1, 2008 Report Posted September 1, 2008 Are we still under the evacuation curfew from dawn to dusk? And what all are we gunna get from this, just rain and wind? It is according to who "we" is. Each city sets its own rules during an emergency or evacuation type situation. Some cities have active curfews that can be enforced by criminal law and other cities have not put a curfew in place.

PURPLE 4EVER Posted September 2, 2008 Report Posted September 2, 2008 I got a bad feeling for the New Orleans area... Wonder if Nagin handles things different this time? Wherever this thing ends up, God Bless the area... Talk about total devastation... TOUCHET! Thankfully the hurricane was handled much better this time (a new governor calling the shots seems to have done the trick).
PURPLE 4EVER Posted September 2, 2008 Report Posted September 2, 2008 Question for TD Since this was a mandatory evacuation for our area, will the homeowners policy cover any of the of hotel, gas and food cost? bump Are you serious??? I guess it might depend on your insurance coverage. Would be nice for being reimbursed for the gasoline I used to go get my dad out of Beaumont and bring him back again.
