Someone from HISD needed to get in touch with at least 1 if not all 3 of these men.  Quality individuals such as these are needed in the public high schools.....

You cannot hire them in public school unless they are certified.  Part of the "no child left behind" law.  If they are not certified and the school hires them it can only pay them as subs.  Never mind they are great role models and good coaches.  Stupid law that hurts kids.

I assume they were all degreed which they can teach while working under the waiver system which allows them to work while getting their certification online....
