Â Only hotel room I could find was in Kountze! Â Well...love that Mama Jack's. Live right on north end of Trinity Bay but foundation is at 21 ft. Â Hope its enough. Â As slow as this thing is moving it may even turn and go north and east of here. Â I know GT doesn't need another one of these either. Â Lets hope and pray for the best...good luck to everyone.

bulldogdad55 Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 Only reason i asked COOP where he thought was because i called channel 6 myself and a guy told me greg was pissed cause hes telling these emergency management people that this thing is probably gonna be a direct hit and they won't call an immediate evacuation... that has us  little concened here..someone is not telling us everything....its known that if they call for mandatory , they have to have resources to help the special needs people..and they don't have that anymore cause they sent it all down to Corpus...wtf?...

Guest baseball25 Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 The Models aren't going to change that much..gfdl looking pretty solid right now..euro was 85 miles off of gustav and prob will be the same for this one...its just moving so freaking slow and with it moving nw all day today just change this whole forecast....i mean hoopins i wouldn't be suprise if its a texas/la hit i mean these stroms are odd
