ATOZ55 Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 I'm not going to get to go to this game so who do you think wins.
UKCats Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 The Hill takes this one HANDS DOWN. Lumberton has come a long ways and I was definitely an L-Train supporter last year at playoff time, but Barber Hill's great football tradition is deeply rooted and they will take this one easy. Eagles by 14.
dayton Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 gonna go with lumberton by 3. can't lie, I'd like to see it the other way around but I'm gonna go with lumberton.
MHS32 Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Eagles by 14. If lumberton has 6 turnovers it will be more.
GoBigBlue1997 Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Eagles by 14. If lumberton has 6 turnovers it will be more. I wouldnt count on that happening again. But PN-G did tell me that BH offense needs all the help it can get.
BHFAN Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 I think it is going to be a tight game, but I hope BH suprises me and goes off on the L-Train ;D Not that I don't like Lumberton lord knows yall don't need another hater ;D You guys had a great seasonlast year and I believe some of that has to carry over to this year!! How are the Lumberton Visitor stands?

How are the Lumberton Visitor stands? Much, much bigger than the Barbers Hill visitor stands. At least the the ones I saw last year when Lumberton played Smiley there.
HORNSFAN86 Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 I saw first hand what Lumberton was capable of, however these two teams will match up well. I look for this to be a close one with Lumberton taking it. Raiders 31 Eagles 24

I figured they would be, I think we have the smallest visitor stands in 4A!
bronco1 Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 BH shows just how weak Lumberton is and wins by 2 TD's.
stevieray Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 BH shows just how weak Lumberton is and wins by 2 TD's. I agree
BHFAN Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 BH shows just how weak Lumberton is and wins by 2 TD's. I hope your right ;D
steele curtain Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 BH's "D" will hold there own. If the "O" gets going like I think they will BH should win a close one
BIGMO44 Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 BH by one score...although I'm pulling for Lumberton!!
Guest maverick24 Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 Maverick loves seeing all the L-Train Haters out there so early in the season. I will tell everyone out there this Raider team is not as good a team as last years. I do think the Talent level is there and they have the chance to be a good team, but dont compare this team to last years. I am not sure coach C is all about winning these non-district games, Looks like he is just trying to get his young players time on the field. No one should expect this team to go 9-1 like last year. With all that said and with all the HATERS mouthing off and trying to bring this young group down I will smile with each RAIDER win. Can't wait to hear the BH fans and the Dayton fans that just love to hate dem Raiders if L-Train gets another win. The Raiders played super BAD last week and still won 23-7. Yall haters better hope that the Train doesnt start picking up speed. I know a lot of fans are praying that doesnt happen. Good luck to both teams. Still pulling for yall even if my son has moved on.
ilikecupcakes Posted September 5, 2008 Report Posted September 5, 2008 the hill is not what it once was a few years back lumberton takes it
