Guest Penny Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Does anybody on here think there will be as many people voting come this fall as have been calling/picketing/spewing utter disgust on this LCM/WOS topic. I must say the game is and should've always been played, but just wondering what this world would be like if we voted and pursued real issues like folks have pursued this one. Anyway, glad the boys will play, if anyone in this country wants to know the fanaticism that exists in Texas High School football, point them to the last couple of pages on this forum.

People power is the one thing a dictator cannot control nor any army no matter how strong can subdue. The voice of the people can change any and everything. Sadly, the hard part of the equation is getting the people informed and inspired to take action that can change the world. The right to vote is a right that should not be neglected as many American lives have been lost fighting for this right. We honor all these brave souls, our ancestors, and set an example for the rest of the world any time we vote. Voting is our honor, our right, and our responsibility.
