I agree with your statement, however everyone must understand that we have to give these

guys time to develop the program. I can promise this will not happen overnight, the fans should expect

at least 2-3 years of being the door mat in the conference. Hopefully that will be enough of a learning

curve and we should start to see a turn around. I for one will support them during their growing pains.

I love this hire. Seems like they are really trying to get the local community excited about Lamar football.  They should have a leg up on local recruiting.
