The Broncos are obviously having some trouble. But keep in mind, although we will never know, the Broncos did lose five, count them FIVE of their BEST defenseive starters. Friendswood did come with their "A" game and took it, including prime turnovers by the Broncos. BUT keep in mind that we learned from our mistakes playing you guys and look how far the team goes. Coach Stewart is no dummy! Why else does he schedule The Mustangs? Y'all have won five years in a row now. Put that under your belt...but the way you come back on this forum makes you no better than any other trash talker we've encountered. Goodluck to The Mustangs on their season. I wish them well. What do U know...The very 1st Dayton post was the EXCUSE I said they were going to use...We lost 5, count them, 5 of our BEST defensive starters. :

Congrats on all of those achievements, but that's not what I asked...I'm talking about football history at Friendswood. When did they win state?

If you spout off some facts, at least know the exact facts. Dayton will bounce back and learn from this game. Just watch the film, fix the mistakes, and move on to next week

I'm a firm believer that the real season starts in the playoffs. Congrats again on the win, sounds like it was the biggest in school history...well, other than the state title that probably happened before you were born.... Next assignment please?

Matt Posted September 5, 2008 Report Posted September 5, 2008 I was at the game, friendswood was dropping 7 in coverage, bringing 4 and dayton could not stop the 4, green had no where to throw or was running for his life, no running game at all, the defense can't cover and tries to arm tackle. Friendswood had the quarterback in this game, i was sitting by a nebraska fan, and he was not impressed, not at all Dayton might want to try and get those 5 suspended players back, they need help

FW lost MORE than Dayton from last year, but it's FW so we just re-load! The better team won -- as usual! ALL HAIL MIGHTY FRIENDSWOOD!!! Congrats to Friendswood....Quick question: What has Friendswood ever done? Teams that say they re-load usually have a storied past. I'm not being rude, I really don't know Friendswood's history. they're reloading from the early seventies?
