KFDM-TV/Time Warner Cable Joins Southland Conference Television Networ

The Southland Conference, KFDM Television and Time Warner Cable in Beaumont, Texas, have agreed to have the broadcast station provide the new Southland Conference Television Network programming on Time Warner Cable, Channel 35, in the Beaumont-Port Arthur area, league and station officials announced Monday.

Interesting since the Fox Affiliate in Lake Charles picked up the SLC Network. I had expected the same in Beaumont rather than KFDM. Cool.

IMO, having KFDM on board is better than the local Fox station. I see Larry Beaulieu often at Lamar University sporting events. He has been a tremendous supporter of Lamar University!
